Allstate operate a very flexible hybrid working policy that will allow you to design your working week in collaboration with your manager with a blend of remote and office working for NI based employees as well as condensed working patterns (4 day week/9 day fortnight). Employees based in GB will be employed on a permanent remote working contract.

Your role in the team
Allstate NI has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Lead to join a great team of technologists within the Alliance API Operations team. Alliance, one of the crown jewels of Allstate insurance, is currently transforming the core development environment, moving towards full API/Service Enablement and cloud readiness. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on designing and building solutions that will be used in the future platform for Allstate Alliance insurance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated candidate who relishes the prospect of taking ownership of a critical Allstate Application, acting as a change agent, as well as building their technical and business skillset on a dynamic global team.
The candidate will have significant opportunity to be hands on and will be involved in leading coaching/ mentoring/ training other team members from Alliance in India and Northern Ireland.
