LIBERTY IT is celebrating a significant milestone after being recognised for the 10th year in a row on the 2026 Best Workplaces in Ireland list by the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work.
To mark this achievement, the industry leader in digital innovation was presented with a Laureate Award, which honours organisations that have maintained a place on the prestigious list for 10 consecutive years.
In addition to receiving the Laureate Award, the company has also been ranked 15th among Medium Organisations, recognising workplaces where trust and respect underpin culture and where employee wellbeing, growth and engagement are prioritised.

The accolade follows an employee survey which looked at a number of areas, including how Liberty IT creates a unique environment that attracts and retains top technology talent, puts company values into practice and how every employee is supported in reaching their highest potential and helping to deliver meaningful business impact at a global scale.
The recognition follows a host of milestones and initiatives including the opening of new offices in Dublin and Galway; Forward Live, the annual internal conference focused on learning innovation and connection and the introduction of Liberty IT’s Culture Playbook, developed through employee insights and reflecting the conversations and ideas gathered across the teams. It also highlights the company’s technical excellence and the key role culture plays in enabling innovation, experimentation and the adoption of emerging technologies.
