Belfast-based data firm Analytics Engines is pleased to announce that the company is recruiting four positions across the organisation. Positions include Head of Engineering, Technical Pre-sales Consultant, Business Development and Senior Engineer.
Successful applicants will work alongside our existing engineering and business development teams to help support the organisation as it enters 2021 with a confident and ambitious plan for growth.

As Head of Engineering, you will have strong technical and communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving and creating value from data. This role is a key part of the Senior Management Team within Analytics Engines and will help shape the company strategy for delivery of our insight search and discover platform MINERVA and data analytics solutions.
The Head of Engineering will lead the engineering team in the development of products and in the delivery of projects. This role will require line management of other engineering managers and technical management and leadership across the engineering team, instilling a delivery-focused mindset enabling rapid growth and scaling of the product and company.
The Head of Engineering will be responsible for the growth and development of this team which we expect to expand significantly over the next 18 months.
As a Technical Pre-sales Consultant at Analytics Engines, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support Analytics Engines' sales activities. This role will require reviewing and responding to Requests for Proposal, Tenders and preparing and delivering presentations to prospects.
The Technical Pre-sales Consultant will also provide business and technical product expertise, solution features and benefits information and deal-specific competitive analysis. You will be integral to the development the pre-sales capability and reusable content working alongside sales and marketing to position and deliver Analytics Engines solutions to our customers.
You will be technically sophisticated and have the patience and passion to guide the team, customers and stakeholders through all the capabilities of our solutions. You will need to be extremely comfortable talking to our clients in both friendly and challenging situations.
As Business Development professional, you will help us accelerate our customer acquisition and operate as an evangelist for what Analytics Engines does in transformation around data and AI. You will work as an integral member of our go-to-market team in driving, refining, and evolving growth initiatives in the marketplace for our solutions and also with our product offerings.
While the role is focused on new customer acquisition and building our broader network and market presence. It also involves working with the broader Analytics Engines team around definition and validation our Solutions offer, Product Roadmap, Customer Growth and Retention strategies and how we engage with our focus customer segments and markets.
This is an instrumental role in our growth and is focused on generating the messaging, product and pipeline for us to meet and exceed our ambitious goals.
As a Senior Engineer at Analytics Engines, you will contribute to development of our MINERVA product, work as a technical lead on individual projects, and interact with customers to develop solutions which meets their needs.
You should have strong technical capabilities, understand modern software development practices and trends, and perform well as part of a dynamic team.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the technical direction, architectures, and approaches that Analytics Engines adopts as well as learn and develop new skills.
