    Operate Compliance Testing

     

    Our Compliance Testing team works with global clients to test and monitor compliance across a wide range of regulatory, technology and operational risk areas. Our team supports many of the firm’s leading clients, largely within the banking and financial services sector, on a wide range of global and complex audit engagements.

     

    Our Compliance Testing Team focuses on Assurance Controls Testing, Compliance Testing & Monitoring, Technology Risk Compliance and Regulatory Compliance, providing specialist process and controls support to all business units across our UK firm.

     

    Compliance Testing provides specialist knowledge and expertise to help our global clients manage multiple projects, implementing and delivering solutions, in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

    What you’ll do

    Life at Operate is fast-paced and client-focused. It is also highly rewarding, giving you the chance to work with some of the biggest global brands and develop yourself through our unique skills academy. If you’re a natural problem solver, capable of using your judgement to help our clients stay on the right side of regulation. You’ll:

     

    Experience working on-site at our clients’ offices or at a PwC location performing operational and implementation activities

    Support clients to navigate complex operational and regulatory activities

    Undergo continuous development through the Skills Academy at Operate.

     

    What you’ll gain

    We’ll support you as you study for one of three nationally recognised qualifications. If you gain a role in Compliance Testing you will study the Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

     

    What you’ll need

    Minimum requirements are 112 UCAS tariff from up to three full A-Levels or equivalent (not including General Studies or Critical Thinking), and a Grade C or 4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics. 

    Exams must have been taken in the same sitting and resits are accepted only where modules or papers have been retaken in the same academic year. If you have any extenuating circumstances related to your exam marks or the sequencing of your exams, please declare this on your application and this will be considered as we review your application.
