The Agile & Product Management practice sits within Transformation Delivery. Transformation Delivery, a part of Business Consulting, is a multi-disciplinary group of transformation experts who help bring about complex change, organised into three teams: Project, Programme & Portfolio Management, Agile & Product Management, and Capital Programme Delivery. The team support our clients’ journeys end to end from shaping to execution on large-scale transformations to create successful outcomes.
