    Your role in the team

     

     

    The successful candidate will be part of a new and growing team within Allstate that manages the finance element of Allstate Roadside Services.

     

    We have multiple internal and external partners and the team ensures the quality of billing as well as the stability of financials throughout the year. The team continually reviews our processes for efficiency and looks to improve our metrics. This is a finance based role that will work closely with accounting to do variance analysis.


    This is ideally suited to someone who has SAP experience, a self starter who enjoys learning and has a focus for digging into numbers to understand the bigger picture. 

     

     

     

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

     

     

    •    Support the regularly billing of partner transactions and manage open charges
    •    Financial reporting and meaningful analysis to support business decisions
    •    Forecasting, planning and variance analysis
    •    Investigate financial issues and questions
    •    Participate and complete adhoc projects/requests
    •    Work closely with management teams and key stakeholders in the organization.
    •    Ensure credibility by providing high quality (accurate, timely, relevant) financial measurement, reporting, planning and consulting 

     

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply? 

     

    • All candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK
    • Knowledge and recent experience using SAP;
    • A degree in Finance related discipline; or
    • A degree in a non-finance related discipline but supported with an industry qualification within a finance or accountancy related discipline; and
    • At least 18 months experience in a Finance or Accountancy role;
    • Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large amounts of data;
    • Applicants must be willing and eligible to travel to the USA

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to communicate well, build relationships and work as part of a team.
