Talent Acquisition Partner

  • This is a 12 month FTC role.
     
    The role:

You’ll be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team based out of Belfast but hiring across all of our global locations.  
     
    Our location in Belfast incorporates mainly our Product Development team. Like all of our global locations we are currently working remotely and assessing plans to use the office again when it is safe for us all to do so.

    - You will be able to prioritise your work in line with the wider business objectives.
    - Leveraging and collaborating with the wider Talent Acquisition Team and the People Team around you will come naturally to you. 
    - Your focus and attention to detail will allow you to keep on top of delivery towards the business objectives and hit goals within the Talent Acquisition Team around diversity, time to hire and ability to attract the best candidates on the market.

    Our Talent Acquisition Partners are high energy, multi-tasking, candidate experience-obsessed individuals. Your ability to understand and map out a process combined with building and maintaining excellent hiring manager / stakeholder relationships will come naturally to you. With all of this in place you can then deliver well and consistently in what can be a very fast moving and ever evolving environment.     What is involved:

    • Ownership of the whole candidate experience with Bazaarvoice from sourcing, managing the interview and selection process and working to set up candidates for onboarding.
    • WIthin your sourcing strategy you will need to use conventional methods (posting of roles on job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals etc.) but also work to develop the brand for Bazaarvoice through relationships with outside sources, creating interesting and compelling content and positioning Bazaarvoice as a great place to work from a diversity perspective.
    • Close partnering with hiring managers to really understand exactly the business need for each position, map out an excellent candidate selection process / criteria and ensure we are delivering a world class candidate experience.
    • Close partnering with the wider people and talent team to ensure we work in tune with the needs and priorities of the business.
    • Contributing to projects across the wider global Talent Acquisition team.

    What we’ll be looking for on your resume:

    • Experience of full-cycle recruiting experience in house ideally with a tech and / or ecommerce company.
    • Advanced sourcing skills (passive candidates, diversity minded, networking know-how).
    • Technical aptitude including working with Applicant Tracking software tools (we use Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, MS Office Suite, G Suite, etc.
    • Evidence of building employer brand recognition.
    • Eligibility to work in the UK.
