Join us at Everway - together, we can unlock the full potential of every mind

About the roleAs a Senior Product Manager at Everway, you are a product leader responsible for guiding product discovery and development, with a strong focus on aligning product strategy with business objectives. This role requires you to influence and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring our products meet both customer and business needs. You will define and prioritize product features, create roadmaps, and ensure the product is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the product.

This role has a dual focus: in the short term you will lead a cleanup effort (customer migrations, licensing remediation and stabilization), and in parallel you will drive forward-looking strategy — competitor and market research, long-range roadmaps and identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled features. You must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves for operational fixes while keeping a strategic lens and shaping the product vision for the future.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Product Discovery: Define and prioritize product requirements from market trends, UX research and business objectives. Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform longer-term strategy.
    • Product Delivery & Cleanup: Own delivery of product improvements and lead operational cleanup initiatives such as customer migrations, licensing fixes, and stabilization work. Define and document product features and user stories, and work with engineering and QA to prioritise the backlog.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams — development, design, UX research, marketing, and sales — to ensure product requirements are understood and delivered. Negotiate scope and trade-offs during cleanup and migration work.
    • Strategic Leadership: Drive competitor and market research, identify strategic product opportunities (including AI features), and create roadmaps that balance near-term stabilization with long-term value. Ensure the product team spends time on discovery and strategic initiatives, not only delivery.
    • AI & Automation Prototyping: Rapidly ideate and create working prototypes using AI and automation tools (for example Replit, Lovable and similar platforms).
    • Make difficult prioritisation calls, set and enforce clear product boundaries, and protect product integrity and long-term customer value even under commercial or stakeholder pressure..
    • Thought Leadership: Share industry insights, product best practices and innovative strategies across the organisation.

    Essential Criteria

    • Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in product management, with at least 2 years operating as a Senior Product Manager. Must have prior experience working on a global SaaS product (customers and stakeholders across multiple markets/regions).
    • AI/Automation Prototyping: Proven experience using AI/automation rapid-prototyping tools (for example Replit, Lovable or similar) to create functional prototypes and to iterate concepts quickly — and the confidence to read, understand and hand over generated code to engineering teams.
    • Product Data & Analytics: Demonstrated ability to use analytics to monitor product performance and make data-driven prioritisation decisions.
    • Problem-Solving & Decisiveness: An analytical and decisive nature; proven ability to make hard decisions, set priorities, and defend product choices under pressure.
    • Skills: Strong technical fluency, business acumen, stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. Ability to define meaningful OKRs and KPIs, and prototype with AI tools for ideation and rapid validation.
    • Organisational Knowledge: A good understanding of how product objectives relate to marketing, sales and finance and how to work effectively with those teams.

    Desirable Criteria

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, UX Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • Experience in product design, analytics/data science, or engineering in addition to product management
    • AI Product Experience: Experience incorporating AI features into product roadmaps, designing AI-driven UX, or shipping features built from AI prototypes is strongly desirable.
    • Global & Cross-functional Exposure: Experience launching and supporting products across multiple markets and working with international stakeholders and localisation constraints.
