The Program Manager will create the first interlock between our Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Hunting teams. Staffed with industry-leading talent in their disciplines these three teams create tremendous added value for Managed Detection and Response customers. The Program Manager will create a connective operational system between the teams to promote a culture of “iron sharpening iron.”

The Program Manager will also play a critical role in reporting to senior leadership the impact of these three teams. For example, they will present regularly to senior leadership about the roadmap of our threat detection team, the impact of the detections being written, and the efficacy of our detection program. They will also provide similar readouts on the impact of our hunting program and incident response teams.

The Program Manager will also assist in other projects and programs inside of managed services, at times away from their core responsibilities as needed by the business.

Own and Report on Your Program:

    • Ensure the work done within your program is tracked, measurable, and reportable to all levels of the organization

    • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to stakeholders across the organization that show everything from day to day operations, to impact of those efforts

    • Work closely with the leaders of the teams within your program to drive all of the above
