Data and Insights Manager - Client Services Team - People Consulting

    The opportunity

     

    Finance Support & Reporting

    • Analyses financial data and develops financial reports
    • Performance general accounting tasks, including journal transfers
    • Issues invoices for coaching and provides support on bespoke invoicing
    • Acts as escalation point for accounts receivable

     

    Engagement economics

    • Reconciles financial reports based on engagement delivery status

     

    Data and insights (MI) Reporting Governance 

    • Supports the design of reporting deliverables for new contracts
    • Delivers on agreed contractual reporting requirements 
    • Accountable for the quality and accuracy of client and internal reports 

     

    Data and Insights (MI) production

    • Analyses data to inform contractual compliance and performance reporting
    • Develops thematic reports to inform performance reporting
    • Compiles/collates data included in client and internal reports and/or produces agreed client/internal reports

     

    Innovation and automation 

    • Manages, prioritises and implements a backlog of reporting CI initiatives including automation

     

    Your key responsibilities

    In your role as a Manager, you will have responsibility for: 

    • Responsible for the delivery of contractual reporting
    • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of internal and external reporting
    • Responsible for the reporting product which supports managed learning service and coaching service delivery 
    • Supports reporting proposition and liaises with Account Managers to ensure appropriate inclusion into proposals
    • Liaises with CBS teams to ensure access to data and reports as needed
    • Manages the implementation of CI projects
    • Acts as first line reviewer for all external reporting
    • Spots opportunities for future CI initiatives

     

    Skills and attributes for success

    • Attention to detail – a strong focus on data accuracy and quality of reports 
    • Understanding of how to produce insights required by clients and internal stakeholders 
    • Ability to work with the CI team and other technology teams to manage, prioritise and implement a backlog of CI and automation initiatives  
    • Curiosity 
    • Ability to validate and sense check data 
    • Organisational skills 
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

    To qualify for the role, you must have

    • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage team resources to deliver to the reporting calendar
    • Advanced Microsoft PowerBI skills
    • Microsoft PowerAutomate skills 
    • Knowledge of how to apply desktop automation and RPA

     

    Ideally, you’ll also have

    • Ideally educated to degree level
