We spoke with Victoria Hogg Head, of Business Development for Northern Ireland at Integrity360 to find out more:
Why is Integrity360 bringing Security First back to Belfast?
We’re proud to return to Belfast with our flagship event. Northern Ireland continues to be a fast-growing hub for digital innovation, and it’s vital that security is part of that journey. The conference provides a space for local organisations to stay informed, meet peers, and hear from experts on how to protect their business in a rapidly changing cyber threat landscape.

What’s the theme for this year’s event?
This year we’re focusing on The Human Cyber Equation. While cyber security has traditionally centred on technology, the human factor is just as important—if not more so. We’ll be looking at how behaviours, culture, awareness, and decision-making all impact an organisation’s ability to defend itself against threats. Technology is only part of the security equation; people complete it.

Can you tell us about any special guests?
Absolutely—we’re thrilled to welcome Barry McGuigan MBE, former WBA World Featherweight Champion, for a live Q&A session. Barry’s story of resilience, discipline, and performing under pressure ties in perfectly with the challenges security professionals face every day. We think attendees will be inspired by his unique perspective on overcoming adversity. We also have Dr Nicola Fox, a pioneer in cyber psychology, tackling the human behaviours that influence cyber risk.
What topics will be covered during the conference?
We’ve got a packed agenda that reflects the most pressing challenges in cyber security today, including:
· Deepfakes and digital deception – how to identify and counter increasingly sophisticated fake content;
· The human factor – why cyber awareness, habits and behaviour must be prioritised;
· Building a cyber security culture – how to embed security into the DNA of your organisation;
· The role of AI in cyber security – both as a tool for defence and a risk in the hands of attackers.
Who should attend?
Security First is designed for anyone involved in protecting their organisation against cyber threats—whether you’re in Cyber Security, IT, Risk, Compliance, Payments Compliance, Governance, or Digital Transformation. If you influence or execute security strategy, there’s something here for you.

How does Integrity360’s Security First approach support this event?
Our Security First approach positions cyber security as a business enabler—not a blocker. That philosophy runs through every aspect of this event. We’re here to help organisations turn security into a strength, by aligning people, processes, and technology in the face of modern threats. Security First isn’t just a name—it’s how we help our clients do business securely and confidently.
