Integrity360, one of the leading pan-European cyber security specialists, today announces the appointment of Victoria Hogg as Head of Business Development for Northern Ireland.

Founded in Ireland in 2005, Integrity360 has grown to a team of 680 staff with offices in nine countries. With its head office in Dublin and a flagship Cyber Security Operations Centre, Northern Ireland is a key strategic region for Integrity360. In her new role, Victoria will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the region, delivering cutting-edge cyber security solutions and services to both private and public sector organisations. These will include a range of managed and professional cyber security services, covering areas such as payments compliance, managed detection and response, incident response, and penetration testing.

Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, Victoria will leverage her expertise to build and develop the company’s sales team while expanding its customer base – particularly in the public sector. She will work closely with Integrity360’s solutions teams and industry-leading partners to equip organisations with the tools they need to combat evolving cyber threats and meet changing regulatory requirements.

Before joining Integrity360, Victoria spent two years with Civica as Head of Northern Ireland, supporting public sector customers with bespoke IT software solutions. Prior to this, she served as Sales Director at digital marketing agency Enlighten Integrated Communications and held senior sales and management roles at Dell Technologies for over a decade, working across Ireland, the UK, and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).

Victoria will chair a panel discussion on the role of human behaviour in cyber security at Integrity360’s upcoming Security First conference, taking place in Belfast on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025. The event will bring together industry experts and thought leaders for insightful discussions on key cyber security challenges and trends.
