Course details
For Stage 1, you should normally hold a UK honours degree (or equivalent) in a subject with a high mathematics content. If you don’t have an honours degree, you may still be able to study this qualification by demonstrating your ability to study at postgraduate level – please our Postgraduate Team to discuss your background suitability.
To gain this qualification, you need 180 credits as follows:
Stage 1 (120 credits)
Stage 2 (60 credits) from either a research route or professional route
Students can complete their qualification within 3.4 – 4 years (full time/part time).
