BESPOKE COURSES FOR YOUR BUSINESS

We work with a variety of organisations who wish to develop their own in-house staff development programme, taking advantage of our world-class expertise and knowledge. We work in partnership with you to co-create programmes to meet a specific need; these can lead to a valuable Ulster University qualification.

STUDY AN UNDERGRADUATE OR POSTGRADUATE COURSE

We offer over 60 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that can be studied on a part-time basis, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Many of these programmes are designed so you can take your learning from the classroom directly into the workplace. Some of our courses also lead to professional accreditation from Chartered bodies, including CIPD, ACCA, CIMA, CGI, CMI, CAI.

DEVELOP STAFF THROUGH HIGHER LEVEL APPRENTICESHIPS

Ulster University is the leading provider of degree apprenticeships in Northern Ireland with more than 500 apprentices enrolled across our approved apprenticeship frameworks. We deliver degree apprenticeships with employer partners including: Danske Bank, Deloitte, Errigal Contracts, Farrans, PwC and Kainos. Government funded schemes such as Innovation Vouchers, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships and Innovation Boost can help you tap into world-leading research, bringing specific knowledge and expertise to your business.

EMPLOY A PLACEMENT STUDENT OR INTERN

Gain fresh perspectives and benefit from new ideas by engaging with young and new talent. Placements for undergraduate students are usually 25 weeks or more and can be delivered flexibly, either full-time or part time. Internships tend to be shorter in duration with students engaging with organisations on a specific work-based project.

STAY UP TO DATE AND REFRESH YOUR BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE

We offer a number of free business events each year, both online and offline. These events are designed for managers and leaders to learn from industry experts and bring knowledge back into their organisation in order to drive improvement. Our “Business of Possibility” podcast series features leaders and experts from various industries to provide listeners with critical business insights.
