50% of UK businesses have a basic technical skills gap within their organisation, according to recent Ipsos research from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport. In addition to this 86% of employees with cyber functions as part of their role are from an untrained, non-cyber related background.

When a cyber attack comes businesses need to have trained personnel who are equipped with the knowledge and tools to fight back. That’s one of the reasons Sean Hanna founded Nemstar.

Speaking about the sessions, Sean Hanna said: “Businesses without properly trained and competent staff in the areas of cyber and information security leave themselves vulnerable and at risk. Nemstar has over 20 years' experience supporting companies of all sizes in doing just that, defending themselves against cyber attack”
