NI Chamber to host event for tech specialists

  • The Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NI Chamber) is inviting those working in technology roles to learn how others are successfully using tech as a catalyst for business growth.

     The hybrid event takes place on Wednesday 17 November at 8.30am in The MAC, Belfast. Attendees can also choose to join online. 

    This Sector Club, delivered in partnership with Barclays Bank, is open to organisations currently utilising technology, as well as those who would like to in the future. It is also open to any technology business interested in discussing opportunities and trends within the sector.

    The event will host speakers from LoweConex, Version 1 and Barclays Corporate Bank, who will share expertise on digital transformation, automation and AI. 

    Speakers will cover the impact technology has on all business processes, the opportunities it creates for growth and diversification, as well as what the future holds within the sector. 

    Event speakers include Lee Everson, Industry Director, Digital, Barclays Corporate Bank; Orla McGreevy, Head of Sales for Europe, LoweConex; and Roger Whitehead, Advisory Services UK Lead, Version 1.

    Attendees will learn about the impact that technological solutions can have on efficiencies, competitiveness and environmental impact. There will also be an opportunity to join discussions on how technology can add business value, touching on themes including digital marketing, data analytics and digital transformation.
