IT and telecoms leaders named as IoD NI Director Of The Year Awards finalist

  • Business leaders representing the IT and Telecoms industry have been named by the Institute of Directors (IoD) as finalists for the Northern Ireland 2021 Director of the Year Awards.

    Jonathan Sinclair of Highroads Inc is a finalist in the Young Director category, with Continu’s Noel Brady shortlisted for the Non-Executive award, and Paul Murnaghan of BT named as a contender within the Innovation category.

    Winners of the prestigious awards, sponsored by AIB, will be announced during a ceremony at The Merchant Hotel, Belfast on Thursday 2nd December.

    Commenting on the awards, Gordon Milligan, Chairman at IoD NI said: “As we look ahead to post-pandemic economic recovery, it is wonderful to see so many high-calibre finalists, who are making a real and positive contribution towards Northern Ireland’s growth and development, named on the 2021 shortlist.”

    Mr. Milligan also added: “These pragmatic and forward-thinking directors demonstrated admirable organisational leadership throughout a sometimes daunting and uncertain situation, and they should all be immensely proud of what they have achieved.”
