Version 1 win Customer Service Excellence Award

  • IT consultancy firm Version 1 has won the Customer Service Excellence Award at the prestigious 2021 Belfast Chamber Awards on the 22nd of October.

    The award category was sponsored by Specsavers. Version 1 was also shortlisted for the Business Success Award. The Belfast Chamber Awards celebrated the best of Belfast business as the IT industry strives to bounce back from a challenging year. 

    Commenting on the win, Claire Mullen, Business Relationship Manager at Version 1 Northern Ireland office said:  “At Version 1, our customers share equal value with our people and the strength of our organisation. We view our approach at managing Customer Experience as an evolution that requires continuous focus and investment.”

This focus has meant that our customers benefit from industry leading, business outcomes when embarking on a project in Version 1 and a knowledge that their ongoing feedback is treated in a cycle of Continuous Improvement, as we continue to evolve our Services."

    The Awards, which were sponsored by Bank of Ireland UK,  was a chance for over 400 people to come together to celebrate the many business accomplishments and achievements of the past year in Northern Ireland.
