Derry tech company Metadeck enhance e-portfolio system and unveil new brand

  • Metadeck, have launched further enhancements to their Proof Positive e-portfolio system and launched their new brand.

    Metadeck who last year acquired the Proof Positive e-portfolio system for managing competence-based qualifications, have announced changes to the platform.

    The Derry based company have announced they have enhanced the platform’s capabilities, promising better user experience for both assessors and learners. They have also just launched their new brand.

    Speaking about the reasons behind the enhancements, CEO of Metadeck, Declan McDonough said: “It’s all about providing a first class service paired with a high-quality e-portfolio system that ensures assessors save time and effort whilst delivering apprenticeship programmes to students.”

    Declan added: ”We’re dedicated to ensuring we make delivering qualification and apprenticeships programmes and giving and receiving evidence, as simple and as straightforward as possible, as well as compliant.”

    The pandemic has meant job losses and career changes for millions around the UK. As restrictions ease, the apprenticeship market is beginning to build traction.

    This has created a greater need for solutions to help manage the complexity of delivering apprenticeship programmes online that satisfy compliance regulations and help them boost the quality of their workforce.

    Speaking about how COVID has impacted the enhancements made to Proof Positive, Debra Hicks the Customer success manager stated:  “We’ve completely re-engineered Proof Positive to create the right toolkit at the right time, and we’re really excited about that for our customers.”
