Applied Systems announced that Kerr Group Insurance has gone live on Applied Epic to support their business growth and online customer service.
Moving from their long-standing software house to Applied, Kerr Group will take advantage of the automation within Applied Epic to standardise operations across its nine offices. Kerr Group Insurance will also utilise Applied’s customer self-service software and mobile technology for its staff and customers to deliver on their customers’ digital expectations.
