Applications are open to graduates with a BSc or equivalent qualification for a place in Alchemy Technology Services' new Assured Skills Academy in insurance software.
Successful applicants will receive five weeks of pre-employment training from North West Regional College from 14 June to 20 July 2021.
Those who effectively complete the course will be offered a role in Alchemy as either a Technical Analyst or Business Analyst.
The firm, which is located in the north west, is offering 20 high quality training places to those with a BSc from a third level institution (e.g. BSc in Computer Science or equivalent) or a Level 5 qualification in an IT-related discipline.
The minimum level of education required for the Business Analyst is a degree in Business/Finance with technology included. European language skills are desirable for both roles.
The training is set to be classroom based, however, this may be changed depending on the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions at the time.
It will include topics such as Java/.net, insurance fundamentals, effective project management and an introduction to insurance software.

Economy Minister Diane Dodds said the course "is an exciting opportunity" with "a successful and expanding locally-owned company".

Applications to the Academy are open now and will close at noon on 10 May 2021. Training will run from 14 June to 20 July.
