Lisburn firm Xperience IT to create 16 jobs with £1.5m investment

  • Lisburn digital transformation specialist Xperience IT is to invest over £1.5m and create 16 jobs in expansion plans with a new IT service platform.

The company provides cloud computing, managed IT services, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to SMEs in the private sector.

The firm wants to increase its presence across the UK and Ireland's construction sector with a new IT service platform.

Invest NI has offered Xperience IT £96,000 towards the creation of 16 new Lisburn-based IT and sales roles, with competitive average salaries of over £40,000.

Once in place, the jobs are expected to contribute £670,000 in additional annual salaries for the Northern Ireland economy.

Managing Director, Iain O’Kane said: “Our goal is to drive business efficiency through best-in-class digital transformation solutions. From engaging with our customers, we’ve identified a gap in the market for a management information tool for the construction industry.

"This will help it to increase efficiencies, speed up payments and manage purchasing over multiple sites.

Over the next three years, increasing our technical expertise will be critical to our growth and expansion strategy. We know that our people drive our business solutions, whether that be through trusted expertise or emerging talent, and our new team will be no different.

"They will be responsible for building on our core product solutions and increasing sales opportunities. We’re looking forward to expanding our company from Lisburn and growing our team with Northern Ireland’s sterling local tech talent.”

Xperience IT currently employs over 90 people across three offices in Lisburn, Peterborough and Glasgow.
