Tech firm Version 1 is launching a Digital Skills Academy for 25 Northern Ireland graduates with a 2:2 degree in any discipline or a Level 5 qualification in an IT-related subject.
The academy involves a free, intensive eight-week programme in which successful candidates will gain industry-recognised IT certifications including Azure Fundamentals AZ900, Microsoft MTA Software Development C# and .Net, Cisco Cyber Security Essentials and ISTBQ foundation.
All training will be delivered remotely and virtually.
Version 1 is an IT services company that implements and supports Oracle, Microsoft and AWS (Amazon Web Services) technologies.

The firm will be hiring for over 20 roles once the academy is finished, and those that complete the initial eight-week programme will automatically gain an interview for a permanent position with Version 1's Belfast team.
If a candidate is successful in their interview, they will then undertake a further four weeks of training in Cloud, DevOps and software development.
Applicants also need to be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
Academy applications close on 14 May 2021 and the eight-week training programme will begin on 28 June 2021.
