First Derivatives and MRP move into new 350-employee Belfast office

First Derivatives and its subsidiary company MRP have moved into the recently redeveloped Weaving Works building on Ormeau Avenue, which now houses 350 employees in one building.

The newly restored Weaving Works building on Ormeau Avenue has been vacant for almost 20 years, having previously been known as the historic Armagh House. Now it will be busy with activity again for the first time in nearly two decades thanks to First Derivatives moving its 350 staff into the newly refurbished office space.

The space will be a boon to First Derivatives as a global technology provider with 20 years of experience working with some of the largest finance and technology companies in the world. Their subsidiary MRP is a global provider of AI-powered customer acquisition software and services, and moving them into the same office should be of benefit to both firms.

First Derivatives CEO Brian Conlon commented on the move, saying "We are delighted to announce this milestone for FD and MRP. This office allows us to access a diverse talent pool in Belfast and offer our staff a beautiful space in the heart of the City. It is an exciting time for FD and we are looking forward to further expanding our operations across the island of Ireland, and abroad."
