Helping scaling tech businesses turn early sales into steady, consistent growth.
Belfast-based commercial startup accelerator, Raise Ventures is delighted to announce a new partnership with Moyola.io to deliver ‘Pathway to Growth’ – Sales Strategy Workshops for ambitious tech companies across Northern Ireland. The programme will feature a focused series of expert-led sessions tailored specifically to support the region’s emerging tech businesses.
Northern Ireland’s technology ecosystem is well known for its strong support of early-stage founders through accelerators, validation programmes and innovation funding. However, a significant and widening gap remains: ambitious tech companies that have progressed beyond the initial stages of development often lack the practical, scalable support needed to move from founder-led sales to consistent, repeatable commercial growth.
Northern Ireland benefits from a vibrant start-up support ecosystem, with programmes such as Founder Labs, Catalyst, The AMP, TechFoundHer, Techstars, Ulster Bank, AwakenHub, Barclays Eagle Labs, Queen’s University and Ulster University offering extensive support to early innovators through product development, pitching, go-to-market and investment readiness initiatives.

However, there has been a clear shortage of practical, sales-focused support for companies ready to scale beyond instinct and founder-led selling. This gap in capability can hold back high-potential tech businesses from developing repeatable sales processes, entering enterprise markets and attracting the commercial talent required to accelerate growth.
“We have excellent innovation support in Northern Ireland,” said Jenny Ervine for Raise Ventures. “But for companies that have crossed the early revenue threshold and want to scale, there are few opportunities to build real commercial execution capabilities. These Pathway to Growth workshops are designed and delivered by myself and Seamus Cushley aim to turn founders’ hard-won sales experience into systematic, predictable revenue growth.”
Each workshop will guide participants to interrogate their existing sales data, build enterprise-ready sales frameworks and begin shifting from founder-centric sales to a structured, team-driven commercial approach. This will really set each company up for sustainable growth and scale-up success.
