  • SMEs across Northern Ireland are being offered an early Christmas gift this week as leading digital agency ProfileTree has announced it is making its new £2,000 ChatGPT Masterclass available for free to help small businesses adopt AI safely and strategically.

The launch of the new Masterclass comes as growing numbers of SMEs are beginning to use AI without fully understanding the risks or how to safeguard information. As part of the course, firms will learn what they should never share with ChatGPT and receive step-by-step guidance on how to configure essential privacy and security settings to protect sensitive company and customer information.

Part of ProfileTree’s Future Business Academy, the practical AI toolkit also offers companies actionable strategies they can implement immediately to automate up to 40% of routine tasks and build time-saving workflows. Over nine concise sections, participants will uncover the hidden tools and advanced features of ChatGPT that many users still don’t know about and have access to a downloadable advanced prompt library.

Aiming to ensure companies can use ChatGPT as a core business assistant, not just a chatbot, ProfileTree, which is headquartered in Belfast and serves clients across Ireland, has included over 25 real-world business examples in the Masterclass, along with proven frameworks to boost productivity and accuracy.

Speaking about why ProfileTree has chosen to make the valuable course available for free, CEO and founder, Ciaran Connolly, said:

“This course is going to enable SMEs to begin to introduce significant changes and improvements in their businesses by understanding how to safely and strategically implement AI. Since we first started incorporating AI and automation into our work eight years ago, ProfileTree has trained more than 1,000 businesses across Ireland and the UK in AI implementation. From that work, we’ve seen that most companies are only accessing about 10% of what AI, particularly ChatGPT, can do. We created this course to show them the other 90% and introduce them to the AI-powered tools ProfileTree uses every day in our agency to reduce costs, unlock efficiencies, increase productivity, and deliver real growth for clients.

“Our new ChatGPT Masterclass sits within ProfileTree’s Future Business Academy, meaning participants will receive lifetime access as AI continues to develop and we continue to update the information included. AI is no longer optional in business. We’re giving SME’s an ever-evolving foundation that they can go back to time and time again to help drive improvements in their business and gain a genuine competitive advantage, all backed by ProfileTree’s extensive expertise.”
