A technology leader with over 25 years of experience in software, telecommunications, and managed services, William has founded several large-scale technology and research centres including the BT Ireland Innovation Centre, PwC Advanced Research and Engineering Centre, and the UK Digital Twin Centre.

He has also founded multiple start-ups in the fields of IP network quality and GPS location systems, holding patents in both.
A visiting professor at Ulster University, William has chaired the Connected Health Innovation Centre and served on the Northern Ireland Matrix Panel. A chartered member of the IET, he is a passionate advocate for innovation and technological advancement.

A graduate of Dell’s Leadership Accelerator Academy, Colin is recognised for his collaborative approach, integrity, and ability to deliver strategic solutions that align business goals with technology innovation.
Gerard Carlin – Director of Networks & Innovation, SONI
Gerard is an experienced infrastructure programme and engineering expert, playing a key role in shaping the future of energy and innovation within Northern Ireland’s electricity system operations.
Brian Doherty – Managing Director, GreenScale Ireland / Atlantic Hub
With over 30 years’ experience in the ICT and data centre infrastructure sector, Brian is a seasoned technology professional and entrepreneur.

Holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and an MSc in Computer Science from Ulster University, he continues to lead in the development and implementation of sustainable data centre infrastructure powered by renewable energy.
His leadership at GreenScale focuses on enabling innovation, scalability, and green energy integration within data-driven industries.
