    Leading the charge in business development is Sandra Judd, the newly appointed Head of Growth. Sandra has an impressive background in delivering revenue growth for global technology companies, including Sun Microsystems, Genesys and Affiniti. Sandra worked in various roles at Genesys during her ten-year tenure, from Sales Director to Global Account Director and is poised to spearhead Syndeo’s expansion efforts.

    In addition, Rodney Hassard joins Syndeo as VP of Product Growth and Partner Engagement. Rodney brings a wealth of experience in product management, strategic partnerships and innovation, having led the Self-Service, AI and Automation product line and go-to-market strategy at Genesys Engage and Multicloud for the last 8 years. Before that Rodney played a key role for SpeechStorm by expanding channel business into mainland Europe and the US before the company was acquired by Genesys in 2015.

    With a proven track record of building strategic partnerships with technology leaders such as Google, and products that lead to revenue growth, Rodney’s expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the company remains at the cutting-edge of conversational AI technology.
