As a software developer in Almac, you will have the opportunity to work in research and development, every stage of the clinical supply chain and modern interactive clinical systems all of which translate to shippable software that is actively used throughout our business right across the globe.
In terms of improving human health, an Almac Software Developer can expect to work collaboratively with scientists, clinical researchers and supply chain experts to name but a few. This typically requires an understanding of customer requirements and using their technical knowledge to advise and set the pace to shape Almac's future product roadmap. In many cases our systems are unique to Almac and, in some cases, even the lifesciences field.

Modern web frameworks and back-end enterprise platforms are used to build our clinical systems which is supported by exceptional training. For example, we employ a number of developers who have joined us from a banking and finance background, and have made the successful transition to our industry.
