Mark McCormack – Aflac
Mark is Aflac’s Managing Director, and previously worked for Citi as Senior Vice President. Working with Keith Farley, he co-founded Aflac NI in Belfast and built it up to a team of over 150 people in Northern Ireland. Leigh Meyer – Citi
Leigh isCiti Belfast’s Site Head and Global Head of FXLM Operations and has worked for Citi for 20 years, covering a number of products from derivatives to FX. David Crozier – The Software Alliance

Andrew Woods – CATAGEN

Chloe McAree (McAteer) - Hamilton Robson
Chloe is a Senior Software Engineer at Hamilton Robson, and was recently awarded Engineer of the Year at the UK IT Industry awards. Chloe was also a finalist for the Women in Tech ‘One to Watch in the Future”: Finalists Announced for Northern Ireland’s 2023 Women in Tech Awards
