Russell Sloan – Kainos

Laura Lavery – PA Consulting
Laura is the Community and Engagement lead at PA Consulting. As part of the Northern Ireland Senior Leadership team, she drives the internal Comms and Engagement for the Digital business, as well as establishing PA locally by forming impactful, purpose-led partnerships with local charities, industry networks, schools and universities. Kristel Miller – Ulster University
Professor of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development at Ulster University, Kristel previously was a Senior Lecturer in Innovation and Strategy at UU as well as a Lecturer in Management at Queen’s University Belfast. Earlier this year, Kristel introduced a new partnership led by Ulster University to reduce skills-based challenges in Northern Ireland: Ulster University-led partnership to address skills-based challenges in Northern Ireland with new UK Government funding
Roger Johnston – Axial 3D
Roger is CEO of Axial 3D and previously held senior roles in a broad range of companies including Accenture, IBM, Meridio and most recently Vice President of Business Development for Kainos Digital Services.
Ellen Moorehead (Marks) – ubloquity
Ellen is the Agri-Tech Manager for ubloquity and was named “One to watch in the future” at the Women in Tech awards last year. She also works as a farmer alongside her full-time tech career, which she spoke about in her interview with us: Women in Tech 'one to watch': Ellen Moorehead
