    As Managing Partner for EY Northern Ireland, Rob leads a team of nearly 1000 people.     David Collins – First Derivative

    Andrew Connolly – CME

    Andrew is Executive Director for CME Group in Northern Ireland. Back in 2012, he was their 19th hire in the Belfast office and now the company has over 300 employees based here in Northern Ireland.     Clare Guinness – Belfast Chamber

    Clare became CEO of Belfast Chamber earlier this year after previously serving as Innovation District Director for Belfast.
