An exciting ICT Apprenticeship programme has been developed to provide young people with the skills and experience required to take up opportunities in the ICT sector.
The programme has been inspired and designed by a number of Northern Ireland’s top ICT companies, in partnership with the Department for the Economy, in support of this important and growing sector.
This course will cover units in the following areas; software design fundamentals, software development fundamentals, software testing, principles of ICT systems security and project management.

Software development is one of the leading areas of IT in Northern Ireland and there is a predicted growth in the areas of Cloud & Application development as well as Data Analytics.
