Cyber Security and Networking Infrastructure

  • This two and a half year work-based programme enables you to ‘earn while you learn’. Cyber security is a fast growing area in IT with a predicted global shortfall of 3.5 million skilled cyber security professionals by 2021. You will gain this qualification along with practical skills and relevant work experience in the workplace which will open new career opportunities for you. 

    You will be taught by highly experienced staff in our computing labs that are fully equipped with industry  standard hardware and software. This course will provide you with cyber security and networking skills and techniques that are used in the real world. This is allied with a significant emphasis on host security, scripting, penetration testing and incident management skills such that students are properly prepared for their future. You will also have an opportunity to sit Cisco Cyber Security Essentials and Cyber Ops, Comptia Network+ and Security+ and other industrial qualifications.
