    Your role in the team

     

    This is a unique role in which the successful candidate will provide varied administrative, operational and communications support within the Information Security area. 

      

    We are looking for a self-driven individual who is open to change and who will develop and expand the traditional EA role. 

      

    This exciting global opportunity requires an individual with proven administrative and facilitation skills, who can bring thought leadership to the role.  It also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable project coordination experience with the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external clients and vendors. 

      

    The successful candidate will support three Directors (N.Ireland & US). 

      

      

      Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) 

      

    • Managing the day to day scheduling of calendars 
    • Preparing presentations, reports and financial data 
    • Event management 
    • Meeting arrangements (including meeting facilitation) 
    • General administrative duties on ad-hoc basis 
    • Support and organize Senior Leader Team 
    • Support Communications across the Business and Cyber teams 
    • Develop and maintain the documentation strategy 
    • Project coordination of tactical and strategic initiatives aimed at improving culture, working environment, productivity and delivery capability 
    • Support improvement projects that help drive innovation across the area 

     

     

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
    • Minimum 2 years previous administrative and facilitation skills 
    • Project coordination experience 
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills 

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Minimum 2 years previous EA/PA experience at Director level or above
