     As a Senior Developer in our Information Security (AIS) area, you will drive forward engineering excellence and strategic work across different teams.

    Your role in the team

     

    Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a security discipline that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times for the right reasons. In partnership with business areas, it is a collection of processes and technologies used to manage digital identities (Identity Management) and to control access (Access Management) that protect individuals or devices using Allstate’s resources.

     

    You will join a product team that uses IAM dedicated software and other technologies to help with a broad range of Enterprise Identity and Access Management services.

     

     

    Responsibilities shall mainly include:

     

    • Helping lead the IAM platform for Internal, Consumer and Agency environments
    • Installation and configuration of IDM Solutions
    • Troubleshoot and support IDM applications and systems
    • Implement/Customize Workflows, Forms, Rules, Provisioning and Certifications
    • Perform functional and technical requirements gathering and analysis for an enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management program.

     

     What we’re looking for

     

    We’re looking for someone who is creative and innovative, but equally appreciate this is a fast-paced environment requiring the need to focus and efficiently manage your time to meet deadlines. Share our strong belief that a high-quality service requires high-quality standard code, delivered within the agreed schedule. You will be working predominantly with development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of Sailpoint IdentityIQ.

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
    • Software development experience in a hands-on technical role. (5+ years)
    • Experience in implementing enterprise identity management and security solutions (Preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ) (Ideally 2+ years)
    • Experience of using Java & Web Services.
