    Allstate operate a very flexible hybrid working policy that will allow you to design your working week in collaboration with your manager with a blend of remote and office working for NI based employees as well as condensed working patterns (4 day week/9 day fortnight). Employees based in GB will be employed on a permanent remote working contract.

    Your role in the team

     

    Allstate is looking for an inquisitive and detail-oriented Digital Analytics Analyst who is a fast learner, able to pick up new skills and technologies quickly. This role is suited to individuals with a passion for data and the drive and determination to make a difference. Attitude is more important than current skillset, as this position includes pro-active in mentoring and development. This role is responsible for marketing and digital analytics and to aspire to provide actionable data and insights that enable Allstate to make better decisions that drive desire consumer behaviors, improve the online digital experience to improve Allstate's understanding of consumer behaviour.

     

    We work collaboratively in wider teams spread over ANI, ASPL and the US.  Our teams lean into the Hybrid way of working; we use both Catalyst and Mays Meadow when we choose to meet in person.

     

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

     

    • Using digital analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
    • Applying analytical techniques to draw added value from new and existing datasets.
    • Collaborating to research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for delivery of data and insights.
    • Performing day-to-day operational maintenance, Quality Control, support and enhancements for our data assets.
    • But, most importantly, developing your skills and capabilities to make best use of the available data and technologies to add value to Allstate Marketing activities

     

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
    • Undergrade degree in a quantitative subject or equivalent experience
    • Experience in Web Analytics core competencies (Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics)

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Experience of using Visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
    • Experience with SQL and working with Big Data
