The role provides regulatory advice and support to the EMEA CME based businesses and activities and EMEA Sales and Marketing teams. It also includes EMEA implications for the US regulated activities and businesses (marketing/DCMs/products).
The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director – Legal and Regulation (EMEA) and work closely with the wider Legal and related teams to ensure a consistent approach to regulatory issues across the region. The role works with the Legal and Regulation team and key stakeholders within CME to understand the commercial, operational and regulatory aspects of these businesses and activities. It is to also ensure CME stakeholders are provided with practical, commercial and where relevant, proactive regulatory support to ensure the safe and smooth running of those businesses and to support their future growth and integration.
