Allstate operate a very flexible hybrid working policy that will allow you to design your working week in collaboration with your manager with a blend of remote and office working for NI based employees as well as condensed working patterns (4 day week/9 day fortnight). Employees based in GB will be employed on a permanent remote working contract.

Engineering Team:
Our engineers are fueled by a passion to impact the future of mobility. They push the boundaries of telematics and transportation tech by creating and supporting cutting-edge products. As part of an Agile team, they are armed with the freedom to innovate and the opportunity to see projects through from start to finish. Using a variety of languages and a top-notch technology stack, our engineers make critical advances in areas like sensor technology, enterprise engineering and platform development. The Role:
At Arity we are utilizing cutting edge development languages, tools, web services and cloud technologies to deliver amazing capabilities and products. We are searching for talented and technical engineers who can help design and develop our products further.
A successful candidate will collaborate within the team and across other engineering teams in Arity to implement and deliver features.
