Reporting to the Director of Evolve, the L5 Consultant leads, engages and drives the significant engagements for our customer’s (IT Directors and Business leaders) needs. A change agent working on behalf of LIT across Liberty Mutual. They will be responsible for working with senior leadership across the business to transform the operation. They have a very wide range of skills and are equally comfortable working in the technology and business domains.
The Consultant - Product is an expert in leading diverse groups of people from across business and technology, identifying how value can be brought to the operation, building consensus and seeing the opportunity through to conclusion when value has been realised. They have strong delivery skills combined with a deep knowledge of how technology can be used to transform and intelligently automate the business value chains. They have a broad range of skills, a deep expertise of the Liberty Mutual business and can adapt to any situation. They are experts in change and are excellent mentors and coaches.
