    Your role in the team

     

    The Change Management Consultant will assist in establishing and implementing a change framework and ensuring its integration into highly complex change initiatives to ensure successful rollout and adoption, including but not limited to change assessments, stakeholder identification and related work, engagement strategies, measurement strategies and change communication plans.

     

    • Actively partner with Compute Services Security Platform teams and leadership to identify the change management needs of projects and initiatives across the entire portfolio
    • Contribute to the implementation of Compute Services change management, administration and change readiness; contribute to all aspects of communication, attend internal change advisory board meetings, track status, and measure the effectiveness of the change process through metrics
    • Contribute to hands-on change management support on high-impact efforts: develop change plans, implement tactics, and measure change readiness and impact
    • Motivate and encourage support for the vision for the future by ensuring teams understand and are actively involved in the change process
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders
    • Measure and monitor change adoption to ensure alignment and achievement of overall Security Platform and Enterprise change management goal
    • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when faced with ambiguity or change
    • Adapting quickly to changing environments and has advanced ability to influence others, inspires trust in cross-functional teams and leaders to drive alignment and decision making

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • 4 or more years of change management expertise
    • Influencing and motivating cross-functional teams through change
    • Program management skills; ability to understand the enterprise strategy and translate objectives into action plans
    • Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure, analyze, and resolve complex problems quickly and easily
    • Ability to proactively plan and deliver excellent results aligned with strategic objectives that are measurable and sustainable
    • Ability to work as part of a team, communicate and foster collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization to maximize the achievement of business outcomes

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Able to think discriminately and see underlying concepts and patterns and recognize risks and the broader implications of decisions across the enterprise; Considers multiple solutions and understands the impact on enterprise goals
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project) and ServiceNow (dashboard, metrics etc.)
