This is a great opportunity for someone to enhance their existing skills and progress their career within a rapidly growing design space at Version 1. We are looking for User Researchers who have an inclusive, user-centred approach to support design across the public and private sector giving you the chance to get exposure to some great projects.
User researchers plan, design and carry out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the end users. This research informs policy, proposition, service, content and interaction design so that services work well for users and achieves policy intent.
You'll work closely with designers, developers, and product owners to turn user data into actionable product/service requirements that feed into and influence product direction. Confidently drawing insights and conclusions from collected research material and using this to shape the direction and design of services.
