    We seek an energetic and motivated individual with some experience in sales development, preparing bids and tender responses, ideally within a similar industry, however we are happy to support the right candidate from other industries to take the first step into a technology company.

    You will be working in a rapidly expanding SaaS software SME doing international businesses, to support the sales team and completing bids and tenders. 

    Full training will be given - this role requires a quick learner and an excellent team player. This role has progression opportunities as the business grows.

    Responsibilities:

     

     

    • Compiling top quality bid and tender responses from initial notification of an opportunity to final completion of the bid.
    • Skills to write and edit bids and supporting documentation, with consistent client language for bids
    • Managing a mailbox and identifying bid opportunities sent from a range of online portals including RFIs and RFPs.
    • Research prospects and map out decision makers in targeted accounts, new customers and new partners.
    • Identify and contact new customers through lead generation activities and marketing initiatives
    • Manage the CRM system and ensuring it is kept up to date with sales activities and account information
    • Shadow and deliver demonstrations as your product knowledge grows
    • Report to Head of Justice and provide bid and sales support on key initiatives as required.

     

     

     

    Salary:  £22-£25K or in line with experience
