    Job Description

Our Power Platform practice is a growing team of specialists with cross product knowledge, mainly focused on PowerApps & Automate. We anticipate that you’ll bring passionate innovation and solution design to this advanced capability.

    We are searching for people who know what the future of automation and app development looks like and know how it interacts with existing clients’ legacy ecosystems. As an end-to-end firm, we also hope that you will have a broad experience, and be comfortable with, providing advisory service alongside skilful delivery to ensure that our clients receive a solution that not only serves their needs but evolves their business.

    Required skills & experience

    • Skilled in developing solutions using Power Platform, including:
      • PowerApps
      • Power Automate
      • Power BI
      • Dataverse
    • Expertise in building database connectors for Azure SQL (or alternative)
    • Experience with gathering client requirements and demoing project workloads
    • Fair knowledge of data modelling and visualisation

    Desirable skills & experience

    • Good practice in working to an Agile methodology
    • A practical understanding of CI/CD toolsets such as Azure DevOps (or alternative)
    • Experience with RPA technologies or Process Advisor for Power Automate
    • One, or more, of the following certifications:
      • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
      • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
      • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
      • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

    Working From Home

    Whilst PA is highly flexible on where you work, every employee is tied to a ‘home office’ due to the need to travel to our clients for in-person visits. This therefore means that we will be less likely to accept applications from candidates placed a significant distance from the named location on this application, or that wish to work from other countries for more than 30 consecutive days; temporary or permanent office relocation is a negotiable option. Beyond this ask, employees are welcome to work from home to their discretion and encouraged to manage their personal life needs as a priority, creating the work-life balance that allows them to be at their best.
