    Job Description

    Working as part of a team of consultants the primary role will be the design, implementation, training and functional support of Oracle e-Business Suite applications across a wide range of EBS modules and client specific customisations.

    Daily tasks include:

    • Gather and document business requirements
    • Provide hands on analysis, design, testing, training, implementation and support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM)
    • Document and manage business process flow charts
    • Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building
    • Ensure ERP initiatives follow the proper planning, scheduling and management processes
    • Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Assist with risk management and change management on projects

    Qualifications

    • Excellent kinowledge of implementing Key Oracle Supply Chain modules such Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, WIP, BOM, Costing.
    • Implementation experience in other Oracle SCM modules such WMS, iProcurement, iSupplier advantageous.
    • Implementation experience in Oracle modules such as Financials advantageous
    • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customisations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience of working effectively within a team and of displaying good communication skills.
    • Excellent mentoring and skills transfer capabilities
    • Organised and self-motivated
    • Strong consultancy skills including consulting experience with blue chip companies engaging with Senior Management and Director/CIO level as appropriate for organization size
    • Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience
    • Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required
    • An ability to adopt and adhere to client policies and procedures
    • Sound negotiation skills

    DESIRABLE:

    • SQL skills and a good understanding of the Supply Chain schema
