    You are a committed, energetic, and detail oriented individual. You will be essential to the smooth running of the Portfolio Operations team, responsible for all the associated processes, procedures, tools and data that underpin the work of the function working closely with the Portfolio Head and Portfolio Directors. 

    This role requires an individual who can demonstrate commercial awareness, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. The role is highly impactful in making a real difference in the success of NI Digital and Cloud.

    This is a role that requires an individual who can build and maintain relationships across multiple parts of the business: Digital, Cloud, Customer Success, HR, Resourcing, Atlas, Delivery Assurance, Finance and the Practices, and who can get things done without having direct ownership for the resources involved. 

    Job Description

    Qualifications

    • You will manage and run the monthly forecasting process in Adaptive Planning and the management of the overall NI Digital and Cloud Solutions (NIDCS) budget. The monthly Forecast is a detailed and time critical piece of work.  
    • You will work closely with Finance, Portfolio Heads and the Portfolio Directors to ensure that forecasts and budgets are in place and managed.
    • You will also be involved in the preparation of the overall group budget cycle in Q4 each year.
    • Maintenance of the Risk Register is also part of this role, and you’ll work with Finance, together with the Portfolio Head and Portfolio directors ensuring NIDCS understand our risk level and the mitigatations in place to address them. The Register should also identify emerging risks which will allow us to address them at an early stage, and where appropriate provide visibility at Board level. 
    • You will be the first point of contact for NIDCS, to coordinate placement of the Associate team, manage Resourcing profiles with the Practices and Resource Management.  You will coordinate contracts with Sales, and indeed support Sales and the Customer Success team with monthly invoicing.
    • You will produce report/metrics to allow NIDCS Ops team to measure chargeability, daily margin, and more. 
    • You will ensure that all business operational data and reports are maintained and delivered on time and to excellent quality.
    • You will provide support to Portfolio Heads and Portfolio Directors with administration responsibilities.
    • You will manage the review of Contractor reports on monthly basis for NIDCS.
    • You will manage and drive (by working closely with Finance) to clear out WIP.
    • You’ll be proactive in continuously improving the processes related to the Digital processes
