    Your role in the team

     


    Allstate Roadside Services leads the roadside industry in providing 24/7 innovative technology and caring assistance to drivers through Allstate agencies and select B2B partners.

     

    The ITSM Process Manager will have overall responsibility for an IT Service Management process and will conduct the management and monitoring for the process effectiveness using internal controls, metrics and reporting.  These duties will be conducted in the normal course of operations through ITSM Process management activities, comparisons, reconciliations, and other routine actions.

     

    The ITSM Process Manager will lead the efforts to develop, document, implement, and drive the activities around managing our ITSM Processes and will conduct monitoring for process/Inventory accuracies using internal controls, metrics and reporting.  These duties will be conducted in the normal course of operations through ITSM process management activities, comparisons, reconciliations, and other routine actions.

     

    The ITSM Process Manager will be responsible to implement and maintain the ITSM Process Management Strategy and will drive day to day activities across one or more enterprise groups to ensure that the Area Process Management approach is effectively managed and maintained from a governance and on-going operations perspective.  

     

    • Responsible for the development and execution of the ITSM Process and integration across processes
    • Responsible for the effectiveness of the process
    • Drives the day to day activities to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the ITSM Process
    • Leads the appropriate ITSM Process boards and committees
    • Leads the process Continual Service Improvement efforts
    • Manages the development and delivery of Executive Level communications relevant to the ITSM process, process performance, process maturity or technology aligned to strategic objectives and business needs.

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Process Manager or similar
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with related ITSM Processes and Policies (Change, Incident, Problem, Release Management)
    • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
    • 2 years’ experience working in an agile environment

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • 2 ITIL Intermediate or Expert Capability Certificate (appropriate processes)
    • Cobit Framework Foundations
