  Job Description

  In this role you will be working in support of our expanding global customer base and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to strengthen our technical capability within the organisation.  To support this projected growth we want to attract talented Business Analysts who will become key contributors to our teams.

  Qualifications

  Essential Criteria:

  • Significant experience in Business Analysis, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects
  • Able to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard
  • Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level 
  • Skilled communication bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies
  • Pragmatic and results orientated
