    Leading the direction of organizational transformation that puts data at the heart of business decision-making

      • Develop a clearly defined vision that illuminates the future data-informed state
      • A strategy that encompasses people, processes and change management
      • Establish success measures and develop an approach to evaluate them

    Waste - value stream mapping

      • Surface and spotlight the sources and the cultural behaviours that result in waste
      • Recommend systematic change that leads to an enhanced future state

    Champion best practices in Data Visualization and Decision Science

      • Ensure solutions have a clear purpose and are targeted to and work for a specific  audience
      • Level up Data literacy by improving the organization's ability to explore, understand and communicate effectively with data

    Tooling Decisions

      • Design and deliver tools that will encourage new behaviours and interactions that will help users ask relevant questions and uncover insights

    Internal - Stakeholders/Leadership

      • CTO/VPs
      • Manage relationships with team managers and lead engineers influencing their decisions through advice, counsel and providing tooling that provides insight on their teams impact or effectiveness
      • Develop a (Tableau/Insight) community connecting passionate data advocates within BV to generate enthusiasm around a shared purpose of putting data at the center of every business decision
      • Biz apps - to advance the effective deployment of Tableau across BV

    Advocate for Data Governance and information management framework that aligns with and support BV Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

    Essential Key Skills and Experience

      • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
      • Data analysis and data visualization experience
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with globally dispersed teams
      • Experience with SQL, relational databases and data warehouse methodologies
      • A good understanding of statistical techniques
      • Coaching mindset / Story telling / mentorship

    Desirable Key Skills and Experience

      • Experience of cloud infrastructure cost management and awareness of AWS pricing models
      • Ability to design impactful Tableau dashboards
      • Experience with programming languages (Python, R etc.)
      • Tableau certifications
      • 3+ years of experience
      • FinOps
      • Developing KPI’s
