    Your role in the team

     

     

    We are hiring for a Systems Analyst within our ATSV Direct Sales, Service & Marketing organisation. We are in the midst of transforming our organisation to standardise and optimise our contact centers as part of rethinking how we engage with our customers.

     

    The Systems Analyst-Lead Consultant plays a key role for us as we optimize and standardize enterprise solutions aligned with TG / TSA and deliver on improving customer value. You will undertake complex tracks of work where you will work with our business partners, architecture, engineering and application teams to identify and deliver progressive solutions.

     

    This role directly supports Allstate’s vision and strategies of transformative growth and Contact Center Modernization.

     

    • Collaborate with various architecture and engineering teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that support enterprise goals both business and technical
    • Act as the bridge between the technology and business teams
    • Consult on the strategic direction of enterprise technology
    • Drive requirements analysis activities and develop the design of complex solutions. Produce and present appropriate documentation as needed
    • Maintain awareness of current state technology and business drivers
    • Influence business partners to prioritize for enterprise benefit and risk reduction
    • Adopt technology solutions that leverage existing patterns, practices, roadmaps and Architecture direction
    • Provide technical and professional leadership and coach more junior level Solution Engineers
    • Participate in industry-related conferences and events

     

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • A minimum of 5 years IT experience with 3 years in a similar role
    • Ability to communicate and present advanced technical topics to business audiences
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex concepts
    • Effectively collaborate to implement decisions and initiatives in an integrated manner
    • Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results
    • Ability to drive individual and departmental goals 
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, time management and organizational skills

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Experience participating in or leading discovery and framing sessions
    • Experience / Knowledge of application design / architecture
    • Experience with event-driven architecture patterns such as Kafka
    • Experience of Automation, Configuration Management (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins)
    • Experience of AWS
